Complete Doula Support
Due to personal commitments, I am not currently offering complete birth doula support, but I am happy to do a complimentary consult and provide recommendations.
Complete doula support includes dedicated time to learn about your pregnancy and ideal birthing outcomes. We will both craft your birth preferences together, and learn about the basics of comfort techniques in birthing. I will be on call from point of contract through birth, or based on your doctor's recommendation. After your birth, I'll stay 1-2 hours and provide basic lactation support. I'll also come to you postpartum within the first ten days to check in and debrief your birth with you:

Virtual empowerment & On Call Support
Prenatal planning will allow us to review common birth processes and interventions, including any unique questions or concerns you might have. We will craft your birth preferences together, and review the basics of comfort techniques a partner can provide in birth. Doula will be available via text, phone, or video call to answer questions, talk through changes, and provide emotional support leading up to and in the early stages of labor.

24/7 call two weeks prior to and two weeks following the estimated due date to provide guidance and support around end of pregnancy and through the decision to call primary care provider in labor

One virtual meeting postpartum to debrief the birth experience and answer basic lactation or newborn questions

There is no additional doula support provided with this package, but the package can be upgraded upon request if availability permits it.

Stillbirth Postpartum Support
$500
Complete doula support is recommended if there is a foreseen stillbirth or a mother is facing a decision of duration of life in utero. In situations where the stillbirth or loss is unexpected, I will join you at the hospital as quickly as possible to provide support around navigating the logistics and physical healing following a unique and painful postpartum experience.
